Park City Host — Local services in Park City

Luke was awesome! Our group arrived at all different times, most of us headed to the slopes before check-in. As you can imagine, after a full travel day, we didn’t last long on the mountain. Luke was kind enough to let us check-in early, which was a life saver! The condo is very spacious: garage access and ski lockers on the bottom floor next to the bunk room (bunks comfortably sleep 6’6). The hot tub is outside and fits four comfortably. Second floor is a kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and enough dinnerware that you won’t run out over a full day. The living room is very comfortable and the Weber gas grill outside does great steaks (don’t need to get your own gas as it’s line-in) Upstairs are two huge bedrooms with jacuzzi tub, walk-in closets, and laundry. Luke was equally accommodating on the back side, allowing us to push past check out time to squeeze a few more runs in. As for location, you can’t beat this. Take the elevator and walk a few steps to rentals and the private access lift (never wait in line), ski all day, then finish up at Silver Star Cafe for an apres ski. Grocery store and libations are walkable if you’re adventurous, but otherwise a quick 2-3 min Lyft. 10/10...

I posted this review prior and it was removed, so posting it again as I feel like the information would be relevant to potential renters.

We were quite disappointed with our experience at the property. Here are three major issues which could have been disclosed prior to arrival which would have made us choose a different home:

1. snow removal- we had to remove snow ourselves both before leaving and also to get back into the property. There's virtually no chance to make first tracks after a storm the way that you've contracted the service.

2. construction- the property is in the middle of a construction site. You can hear construction banging from every room in the house, all day, which makes it unsuitable for working from home.

3. rodents - there's clearly a problem with mice, there are live mousetraps set up around the house, and my kids found dead mice in the house. We sent a picture of these mice to the property manager but they never cleaned up.

The property was billed as highly luxurious but was terribly disappointing. We reached out to the manager but all they offered us was late checkout. Then somehow this review also...

We absolutely love this place and come each year to #skithedifference at Deer Valley! The place is a stone's throw from Snow Park Lodge (the base of Deer Valley) with direct access to the best skiing in the world in the winter, fun mountain biking and concerts in the summer, and therapeutic mountain views all year round. We've also loved staying here during Sundance, and the (FREE! and easy) public bus picks up just outside and takes you straight downtown.

We have spent lots of time in front of the fire, around the big dinner table, and in the hot tub. We very much appreciate the comfortable feel and function of this place, compared with some other much more costly options in Park City. There's a lending library and lots of games for borrow as well.

Seamless check in and out with code that changes for each guest (I always ask about safety of rentals), very attentive managers, and parking on site. A couples, friends, or family friendly place in one of the most beautiful places...
