Went twice in two days, which admittedly is my own fault. Nobody should eat that much Taco Bell. Each time I pulled in the drive-through, there was only 1 car in front of me, so i was excited this might move relatively quickly. Unfortunately, each time, I was told, "Please wait a moment while we catch up on orders." This took 5-7 minutes each time. I would have left, but I have a teenager on vacation and didn't want to cause a scene by denying him his favorite meal. I finally place my order and pull ahead to the first window to pay. Here, the employee I spoke to through the menu board speaker continued taking orders without stopping to take my payment. After another few minutes, he finally took my payment and directed me to the next window. Again, he apologized for the long wait. As I pulled up to the last window to get my food, I fully expected to wait even longer now. After all, I've had to wait at every stage of this transaction. Why not this one? Alas, I was let frustrated and confused yet again. When I arrived at the final portal through which my long waited prize would be delivered, I found that my food had already been prepared and was waiting for my arrival. "How?" I pondered as I drove away. "How can they prepare my food in less time than it takes to order and pay for it?" The answer came quickly to me - they're using batch processing instead of continous flow. If the person taking orders and collecting payments would simply collect payment more frequently, the workflows for everyone, including the kitchen staff, would smooth out. After all, this technique is used at every other fast food drive-through, and most businesses with any form of production line. It is my sincerest desire that the benevolent overlords at Taco Bell will see this plaintive cry for help and educate the guy running the drive-through to smooth out their production process. Until then, I pray to the old gods and the new that I don't have to waste anymore of my vacation time waiting in line at this Taco Bell...
Read moreI hate giving bad reviews. But unfortunately this one is a must This taco bell itself is not bad, but I'm not going to lie. If you are visiting the area, and u find yourself craving Taco Bell, you do a hard pass for this location. First • Service is not up to par at all. The people at the window are always very nice, but it's obvious they are miserable. Second • Food is always thrown together, more times than none it's always cold straight out of the restaurant. Third • Wait time...............,......... If you are going to this location, you better be ready for a very long wait. My husband actually went here yesterday for a few hard shell tacos and 2 chicken cantina tacos and whoever was working the window either sounded or was under the influence of something. (6/4/25 was the date to be exact) They completely forgot he was waiting at the drive through window with a huge line behind him, which made him 45 mins late back to work from his 30 min lunch break. When the food did come the beef inside the hard shell tacos was cold and the chicken cantina tacos he threw away because the chicken was colder than the outside of the taco. The line was too long for him to go back and speak to someone because he was already late getting back to work. Taco Bell on the parkway I'm really sorry for this review, but come on guys.... We are locals and we love our tacos, Do better...
Read moreI went through the drive-through at 11:30 PM And ordered 5 food items and 2 drinks. Completely forgot one of the items and I had to turn around and go back and get the other one and the other three items I ordered were incorrect so I went through the drive-through and asked for my money back on those three items. Jessica, the manager, Told me she would not be giving me a refund after the employee offered to refund my three incorrect items. She was very rude, non sympathetic whatsoever, and honestly, I would be surprised if she passed a drug test. I genuinely asked her if she was OK because with the way she was acting. Someone needs to check on her because there’s something not right about that manager. She wouldn’t refund our order because my son had already ate two of the incorrect items. I offered to give mine back that only had two bites out of it. I will be calling the store tomorrow to report this incident and honestly, I don’t know how she’s a management because the employee that took my order was way more professional than she was. Hannah was very sweet and understanding and that is who took my order however can’t be said for the...
