Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Pigeon Forge

Went in with the kids for some ice cream and the guy behind the counter jokingly said.. Will that be two scoops or eight. We all laughed until he actually did put eight scoops then actually charged us for them. Who in their right mind would order 8 scoops??

This kid has a great scam going... I guess his manager taught him how to hustle the customers. The checkout girl was in on the hustle too, as she had already rung up our other orders and taken my card to run when the guy gave her the total for the 8 scoop cone. She swiped the card before I could say anything.

I made sure everyone else in the store knew what they had done, it was just pathetic and the kids were in shock. The boy that got hustled thought he had done something wrong, but I assured him that it was not his fault. It was the scam artist at the counter, who pulled a fast one on me, that was at fault.

Needless to say we will not be back to this particular...

I was really disappointed with this place. The overall appearance of the shop was average. The servers were okay. Not friendly, but not rude. But I was shocked at the price of such a tiny amount of ice cream, which was not even very good. The photo only shows one, but we got TWO "single scoops in a bowl", as noted by the receipt. One was vanilla (same tiny size). This one was something with black cherries, which were plump, but had very little flavor. I have been to several other "real ice cream" shops and never had a "single scoop" be LITERALLY one tiny scoop in a toddler size cup. The picture actually makes it look bigger! Besides that, it wasn't very cold. I literally just walked away from the counter, to a table just outside the door, when I took the picture about 30 seconds later because I was so shocked at the size / price. It was already melting. It was only about 70 degrees. I felt like it was a complete waste...

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!!Horrible service!!! A customer was behind the counter getting their own ice cream. What appeared to be another employee off the clock walking around with a snake in the lobby which scared off other customers. The employees were not paying attention to customers they were too worried about the guy with the snake. Employee waiting on me asked what I wanted and when I started to talk she walked away to help the guy getting his own ice cream. And to top it off the ice cream was...
