Our family was here for the grand opening, which was nice to witness. We had a good stay, and the manager, Barbara was pleasant and welcoming. Facilities were super clean, which was a staple for our expectations, and very convenient location for our flight to SEA-TAC airport early in the morning.
A few things I think management should consider:
Breakfast is free, but unfortunately - aside from the standards, I felt the quality, freshness, and variety was lacking. There should be more warm and freshly made food (eggs, bacon, sausages, etc.) available at the very beginning of the morning. This speaks volumes. The eggs were often stale and cold, and I didn't feel there were a lot of options.
Room for improvement there, for sure. Breakfast and quality of food is a huge thing for us.
In addition, in the room we stayed in, there was no where to hang your coats/suits, clothes.
Other than those minor things, it was a good experience and I would recommend for anyone who doesn't like staying in...

I called the front desk immediately and asked that they keep an eye out for it. They said they'd inform housekeeping and would make sure it got into Lost and Found. A week later after we returned from our trip, I stopped at the hotel to see if they had it. It was late, and the guy at the front desk couldn't be bothered to take his eyes off the computer screen for 5 seconds to actually interact with me. Read moreTerrible. Avoid at all costs. We arrived at midnight and called the hotel to ask about the shuttle from the airport and the guy was very rude about it. We didn't even finish our conversation when he decided to talk to someone else and just hung up on me. We called again and they said to wait for the shuttle at the designated area. We waited for around 40 mins and the shuttle never arrived so we took uber to the hotel instead. Turns out that we cannot check in since the hotel is overbooked and will move us to another hotel by Wyndham. They said they will provide a full refund but give no documents/evidence to support that statement. They also mentioned that since we booked through expedia, they will only refund the portion they received from expedia and we have to call expedia ourselves to get refund for the remaining (which I doubt that will happen). Overall, the staffs were very rude and don't seem to care at all. Unacceptable...
