EDIT wanted to edit my review. The owner of this chick fil a called and apologized which I was thankful for and also acknowledged that it unacceptable how the employees handled my order. I checked my app and I’ve been to this chick fil an about 20 times in the past 3 months. This incident was the first bad one I’ve had — all other times have been great. Must have just been an off day for the manager on duty.

I frequent this location with my 3 kids (4, 3 and 1) often. I had ordered ahead our breakfast and was in the drive thru line at 10:28. the line was only four cars long but by the time the worker got to my window it was 10:33. they informed me basically "sorry not sorry" but we cant give you your breakfast order. I asked if I could speak to a manager because it was only 3 mins past and I was in line before breakfast ended. They told me to head to the window. As I was waiting in line another girl came to my window and asked for my order name and then she responded "got it thanks!". I was thinking oh perfect they are making it!
I got to the window and started to get lectured about "for future reference..." and then the manager Mara asked for the card I used to pay. I was slightly confused but handed my card over. That's when they hit me with the news that they will NOT be making my order and will be refunding my entire thing. I again repeated that I was in line before 10:30 and again they basically didn't care. I said how terrible the service was and how disappointed I was. Not mention, my crying kids in the second row because now they can't have breakfast. Mara acknowledged that she sees me "here quite often" and basically says if I would have walked in to pick up my order vs waiting in the drive thru I would have gotten my order. She was very short and rude and didn't care that we couldn't get our food. They made no accommodations.
If it’s getting close to breakfast ending then they need to add more workers to help in the drive thru line. Especially if it's only 3 minutes past. I think that if people are in line in time for breakfast then breakfast needs to be honored. Terrible customer service...

On several occasions, I’ve been left with no choice but to go inside to fix my order, which is something I strongly dislike doing.
Adding to this, I’ve received entirely wrong orders multiple times. While this happens less often than incorrect items, it’s completely unacceptable, especially when my name has already been confirmed. This lack of attention to detail is a recurring problem that reflects poorly on the management and training at this location.
Customer service here is hit or miss. Some team members have been friendly and helpful, while others seem disengaged or dismissive. Even something as small as how my name is spelled has become a source of frustration—they seem to go out of their way to spell it as incorrectly as possible.
Perhaps the most shocking issue is the quality of the food. I’ve been served cold food on multiple occasions, and once I even received a chicken sandwich… without the chicken. That level of negligence is beyond disappointing for an establishment known for its high standards.
You might wonder why I keep coming back if my experiences are this bad. The truth is, I enjoy Chick-fil-A and this is the closest location to me.
