Panera Bread — Restaurant in Georgia

had mixed feelings about the city of Tiffon,GA. I posted a question this morning regarding customer service and the universe listed to me. The Universe blessed me by responding with the good energy I had been putting out in the air!! Just the other day I was denied at a register, prior to, I was preaching we need more love in this world, fast forward the guy at the register came back and said I'm sorry, I'm not supposed to do this, but I ain't gone stand in the way of love and gave me what I needed🤯🤯 (i would say won't he do it, but I ain't ask him, I put it out there, faith without works is dead), that was one day ago. Now, today here @panerabread This Wonderful Manager Name Ashley really made my day, my cards(3) wasn't working with there app and neither was any other card we had, I called the bank the bank verified i'm all good. Super Manager Ashley took it upon herself and noticed I was respectfully trying to figure it out and was trying to fix something I had no control over! Then IT Happened🤷🏿‍♂️, she SAID 🙋🏼‍♀️"YOUR MEAL IS ON ME YOU'VE BEEN WAITING TOOO LONG!! " @panerabread its employees like this that keep me coming back" AWWW ASHLEY WARMED MY ❤ . The worst ever! 11/25/18. Stopped to get coffee around 9am traveling to Florida. We had been on the road since 5am. Purposely didn't stop at Starbucks beacause we thought we could count on getting good coffee at Panera. Well I was wrong! The kiosk ordering took too long and then we waited 15 min for our coffees that we paid $11 for and we walked out and took a drink of our coffees they were lukewarm. Furious st that fact we had been there almost 30 min for 2 coffees we walked back inside to to let them know. We were offered a replacement and we took it . Again barely hot coffee was served to us by the manager no less. This is unacceptable, inexcusable and extremely poor business practice. So I'm not surprised at that fact that I realized that it had been 2 yrs since I was at a Panera because the quality of products and customer service is a big fat ZERO! I will be contacting the corporate...

We stopped by here to grab lunch on our way to Florida. We were looking for vegan options and were pleased to find several! I liked how they had the tablet station when you first walk in so that you can choose to order and pay there or you can do it up front with a cashier. We chose to order on a tablet because you can see all the different ways to customize your meal. Very easy to use! I also want to give huge kudos to the employee Xavier. He was very accommodating and helpful! I asked him where we would find water cups and he said he would go get them for us. He returned with cups of water and atraws! Super friendly and nice! The seats were nice and comfy. The atmosphere on the outside and inside is modern and cool. Soft music playing in the background instead of loud obnoxious music that makes you want to hurry up and leave. The restroom was also clean. Great place! I'd visit here...
