I have never EVER expected to enjoy buying a mattress. Yet alone, feel so educated about knowing which bed is the right fit. Their sleep match machine is a godsend, to say the least. Brian becker who is a guru of all guru, whom is also such a pleasure to speak with!.

I learned so much from him. he really knows his stuff!. From someone who comes from a sports ( golfing industry background in sales). I am very, very impressed. He is just a people person. Mancini sleep world would go out of business without this man.

Anyways the sleep match bed machine they had on the floor is amazing it automatically adjust and contours to your body by taking your weight and height and calculates your dimensions to carefully analyze you and to determine the perfect fit mattress for you .It is amazing. They got it down to a science. I am pleased and glad I went into mancini sleep world union city. I visited the mattress discounter prior to going here , and the experience and service are night and day. Trust me, go see Brian becker at mancini, he will amaze you and treat you very well, and you will feel relieved and well educated. He will make you feel even smarter than you are before leaving the place.

!!!!!! First thing first!!!!!!! I have bought a $3k mattress and base few months ago from fremont store got the world class service there.so I came across this store today to buy a pillow. I kept getting post on my Facebook from tempurpedic for their pillow being on sale. So I walk in the store see a guy working there and closing a sale. He kept saying he is not from this store he is from Santa Clara store. He asked me if he can help I said I am looking for some pillows he gave ame a cover and asked me to try whichever one I liked. Then after trying the ones that were on sale from tempurpedic I went to him to ask him, I asked him : which tempurpedic pillows are on sale. He replied: what are you talking about dude they never go on sale don't you know they are tempurpedic. Go check their website. I said: I checked their website and that's what it said. He replied: then go buy from there y here. We won't even take your returns u r screwed...... Go bro get it from website. I just got pissed and left. I think this guy did a sale and that was enough for him. And don't really care for other customers or customer service. The owner need to put him under review to keep the store reputation the way it is. It's hard to see people like this working in...

Buyer be aware and get it in writing. I hate to write a negative review because the in-store service was great, BUT the follow on service was not. I bought a temperpedic mattress and and adjustable base in December 2022, it was close to $5200 (so I was looking for a deal). I was hesitant to buy that day because I know there are sales around Presidents day and I asked the manager and he reassured me that he would be calling me and giving me whatever deal/discount went on in February 2023 because it was not past 90days of purchase. I took him for his word that I would be getting a call in February or if I called to remind them (I told them my wife would call). Come February and past, $200-300 discounts from Temperpedic promotion and I get no call or credit to my card or account. My wife called and she was told since I made the purchase it was me who had to call and deal with manager who was not there. Very disappointed I was mislead, AND to top it off, not too happy with my mattress either (but now gone past 90 days so they can't do anything for me...that's for another review for Temperpedic)...that kind of spending you would hope to get 5 star...
