The location of the hotel is perfect situated blocks from the lake on a street with many great places to eat and drink. The hotel is very clean and quiet. Good comfortable beds and pillows with excellent internet. Bathroom have all amenities and are modern. Best of all is the very friendly English speaking owner who arranged all my tours and transfers at a price much lower then the backpackers were paying. The advice he offers is all truthful and helpful and you should accept his offers to assist as you will not be disappointed. Amazing location near Lake and many good eating and drinking places nearby. Hotel is very clean and quiet at night despite being very close to all the action. Beds are good and bathroom is modern and well equipped Excellent wifi. Best of all is owner is very helpful and will get you the best prices on tours and transfers much lower then the backpackers pay. Save your time and just let him do everything because you will pay less then anyone else does for all tours and transportation. He is a real honest guy and pretty smart. You cannot go wrong...

Got a room with a window.. overlooking the stair case going right to reception so super noisy. It was our first hotel in Vietnam so we were cool with it for the price. However when we were paying the same price in other places and getting more for your money in every place we went... it is worth spending more in Hanoi. Breakfast average Oh and we were told water was free. But she meant the ones on the counter not the fridge (this was for sure not mentioned) so I simply replaced them rather than paying over the odds for them...
