We had a wonderful 3-night stay at your hotel and were impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. We've been to many hotels in Vietnam, but somehow, our stay here felt different - it felt truly special. The staff, including Long and the lovely lady at reception (unfortunately, we forgot her name), were warm and attentive, making us feel like family.

What really stood out was their willingness to go the extra mile. When we needed to refresh ourselves, Long kindly offered to let us use the hotel's facilities. Not only that, but he also made sure the toilet was spotless and provided clean towels - such a thoughtful touch!

Long's gesture didn't stop there - he wasn't even on duty, but still took the time to come to our room to collect our luggage on our early departure morning. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really made our experience unforgettable. The rest of the team were also fantastic, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Honestly, there were many other little things they did that made our stay special, but we'll stop here so this review doesn't get too long!

Was booked for 3 nights and ended up staying only 1 because of flight cancellations. Staff was very proactive and accommodating even before arrival. They fixed the reservation upon arrival to avoid cancellation charges from booking.com. Front desk offered me the top floor with decent view and allowed me to check-in upon arrival at 12pm which was very nice of them after my flight disruptions. Room was just decent. Booked a Junior Suite which was quite disappointing. Would not classify this as a suite at all. It was just a room maybe a little bit larger than the other standard ones and with a view of the city. Very few electrical outlets in the room. One outlet on desk was out-of-order and table lamp just laid there unplugged and could not be of use. Pictures online could be misleading and do not reflect reality. The actual rooms need a little bit of love, care and colors... Breakfast was decent and included. Staff was very nice, friendly and accommodating. Location is perfect in the center of the Old Town and walking distance to everything. Felt it was ok for 1 night or 2 but not for longer. We had booked the Junior Suite for a total of 3 nights. Check-in was uncomplicated and quick. Our room was on the second floor, accessible by lift or stairs. On entering the room, it already made a rather worn impression and the window only had a view of a very small shaft and almost no daylight. The bathroom smelled a little of urine and above all of mould. The mould was also clearly visible on the entire ceiling. We then went back down to reception and asked for another room. Fortunately, another junior suite was available, this time on the 6th floor. The room also looked a bit old and worn, but there was no smell of mould and the window had reasonable daylight. Unfortunately, the next day we discovered that the fridge was unusable as it was clearly infested with mould. (See photos) This accommodation is not worth the price. The rooms are old and poorly maintained. The breakfast is sufficient but nothing really special. Only the friendly and nice service of the staff in this hotel...
