What an absolute gem of a hotel La Sinfonia Majesty is. We had such a wonderful time there, perhaps the best hotel we had ever vacationed at. The hotel was great right from the start and located perfectly in the 'belly' of the Old Quarter and next to Hoan Kiem Lake. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped with modern amenities. The breakfast buffet was utterly delicious and offered a variety of dishes, both local and international.

However what really made our stay so memorable was the incredible staff. They were all friendly, professional, attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We would like to especially mention Ms. Aubrey from the front desk who, from the moment we checked in, was exceedingly kind and helpful. She explained the hotel amenities, services and gave us tips on what to see and do in the city. One morning during breakfast, upon discovering that we were unwell, she went out of her way to get us some flu medication from the local pharmacy. Til today, we are still in awe at how effective that herbal medication was. On our last day, she even made the effort to see us off at 6am with a gift of local confectionary in hand making us feel like valued guests, attention we imagined was reserved only for royalty in 5-stars branded hotels. She is literally the best hotel executive we had ever encountered in all our travels. Friendly, professional, attentive and sincere, she made our stay at La Sinfonia such a memorable and enjoyable experience. She is the epitome of excellence in customer service and truly an asset to La Sinfonia Majesty.

We would also like to express our gratitude to the rest of the wonderful staff such as Tracy who arranged to have a technician address a safe box issue, Mickelson who chatted with us and arranged a takeaway breakfast for our early morning departure and finally Jenny who surprised us with a complimentary car to the airport. The executives at this hotel are all outstanding individuals who always carried themselves with the highest level of professionalism. Last but not least, we would also like to mention our driver who, with the patience of a saint, never once sounded his car horn as he calmly navigated the maddening Hanoi traffic and got us to the airport on time.
