Narcissus 2 (Le Duan) Hotel And Apartment — Hotel in Hà Nội

I got a really bad experience here. Firstly, it was so noisy in the room. And second, their alarm system was broken, it suddenly went ringing so loudly at midnight. And the staff broke into my room two times. The real reasons were someone else smoked in the room, or the front desk pressed the alarm button mistakenly, totally not my issue. I didn’t feel safe and asked to check out next morning, the front desk lady seemed very nice and agreed to refund me the unused nights. But after I left the hotel, they told my travel agent that they’re not giving me any refund. Gosh, why could not someone who does business kept their promises??? I feel like I was scammed. After 2 days of reaching out to my travel agency, and my travel agent negotiated with them so many times, they finally agreed to get 50% of the unused nights back to me. And my travel agent also covered the other half considering I made the reservation on their website. I’m so disappointed in the service...
