Pros: nice decor, decorative cocktail presentation (e.g., We got a parrot shaped mug for a rum-based cocktail), and friendly and knowledgable staff. Cons: quality instability (We ordered 3 cocktails: one is mediocre, another has a dominating flavor of lime juice and the last one is well-mixed but overpriced), loud cheesy pop music that evokes a “nightclub-for-teenagers” feel, and no free water. All and all, even though the drink list is potential, we will not come back to this place because the experience is not authentic. I've just been here once with my friend. There was a DJ mixing upbeat tracks. It's kinda a combination of romance and hype, when you have dark space with candles and upbeat music. My friend and I chose Pina Colada and Moscow Mule, both were good, suitable for one that is not a good drinker to have some sweet alcohol. 4 stars is for the too-polite waiter who just gave us the menu and left without any suggestions or a proper talk. The staffs are very kind. Somebody at the table near mine drank too much, he even got lifted by 2 staffs to outside for some fresh air. There is not many thing to eat except nachos and nuts. My table is at 1 flr, but I recommend you guy to take at 2 flr. Space seems larger and more cozy there.
