NT Elysian Hotel — Hotel in Hà Nội

At the beginning of my stay, the manager Tommy said that I would feel like "home away from home". And that's exactly how I felt. If i'm going back to Hanoi one day, it will be at NT Elysian Hotel.

Tommy behaved like a big brother towards me, which was great because I stayed alone in the hotel (my friends were in other parts of town), which can be scary as a woman. Tommy and his brother Do Ha, that I call Uncle now, always had a smile for me, asked me how was my visits, helped me to plan my next days or find the best restaurant.

One day, I missed the closing time of a nearby pho restaurant for breakfast and Tommy drove me with his scooter to another (delicious) restaurant so I could have food, and picked me up once I was full ! No one in France would ever do that, except if you are staying at a palace! He also organised complimentary dinners and karaoke evenings on Fridays, and always had a cup of tea for me (or a glass of happy water made by Tommy's mom !). The service was always worthy or 4* hotels.

Tommy took care of everything : laundry, sim card... Do Ha fixed an electrical plug that wasn't working in my room immediately. Tommy even booked for me a Halong Bay tour and a Ha Giang tour that were great and cheaper that if I booked them online on my own. The hotel kept my heavy luggage when I was visiting the rest of Northern Vietnam.

I stayed at NT Elysian almost 10 days in total, but divided in 3 different stays. I had the chance to try 3 different rooms and all of them were super comfy with good beds and good AC, decent noise isolation from the outside compared to other places in town. I would recommand sleeping in the rooms that are facing the street for more natural light (but more noise, because it's Hanoi, so you have to pick one or the other in any hotel...). The windows are bigger on the side facing the street, and the room is also bigger.

Tommy just re-opened the hotel so there is some renovation still to do, but nothing that prevented me to give a 10/10. They are already planning to open breakfast at the hotel in a few months, and renovate the bathrooms too. Keep up the good work Tommy and Do Ha ! I wish you good success for...

The staff and specifically "Tommy" the Manager was the best part of staying at this hotel. He is such a kind, generous, accommodating, and above all such an amazing person to deal with who does so much for all the guests and definitely makes sure to make them feel special. He went above and beyond my expectations, and did so much to make me feel welcomed. He always had a big smile and kind friendly words for me whenever I saw him and made me feel so valued and appreciated as a guest. He went the extra mile providing a lot of good information about places to see, where to eat, and what to do. Additionally, he helped me book tours and even used his own bike to get me to a few places when I needed it, which was not something I was expecting and which I am very grateful for. I really would love to come back just to see him and receive his outstanding service again and to have his friendly smile welcoming when I walk into the lobby. I think many places would benefit to have more people like him as part of their staff. Thank you for being such an amazing host Tommy, I will surely not forget you and if I ever find myself back in Viet Nam I will make sure to come back and stay here again. You're surely one of the highlights of this my first trip to this beautiful...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality from the staff. Their friendliness was palpable and made me feel instantly welcomed.

Throughout my stay, I was continually impressed by the professionalism displayed by every member of the team. Whether it was the front desk staff or housekeeping everyone carried out their duties with efficiency and a smile. It was evident that they took great pride in their work and were dedicated to ensuring that guests had a memorable experience.

What truly stood out to me was the genuine desire of the staff to ensure that I was happy and comfortable during my stay. They went above and beyond to accommodate any requests I had and were always eager to offer recommendations for things to do in the area. It was refreshing to encounter such enthusiasm and dedication to guest satisfaction.

Overall, my experience in this hotel was nothing short of exceptional, thanks in large part to the incredible team of individuals who work there. Their kindness, professionalism, and commitment to guest happiness set this hotel apart, and I cannot wait to return for another stay...
