Hanoi Boutique House is well situated in Hanoi's Old Quarter, a bustling and a city's central place, with access to markets, places to eat and valuable sites such as the Hoan Kiem Lake, French Old Quarter, Ngoc Son Temple, and more
Most important is the hotel's charismatic and upbeat manager, Mr Tien, who welcomes guests as if they were part of his family. Certainly he means it since he takes exceptional care of his clients while they are in town or while we are in one of his arranged excursions. His friendliness and helpfulness shine when assisting guests with various needs, including transportation arrangements. I personally experience that special attention when I forgot one bag in the hotel and he immediately arranged to be delivered to my new accommodation facilitating the operation all the way thought.
Our group of six (6) found the accommodation to be a good value, considering the traveling assistance we receive and the hotel prime location.
In summary, Hanoi Boutique House offers a centrally located, clean, and hospitable environment and a generous manager that provides consistent assistance, organizes valuable-proven tours and takes exceptional care...
Read moreFirstly I give 5 stars to the room, someone said the room is not as pretty as it show on the hotel booking platform, but for this price I pay I would like to give it 5 starts. It's very clean not a big hotel but I feel really accommodating here. No wonder people came to Hanoi will visit Ha Giang or Sapa. I was one of it too. Hotel staff would let your luggage staying in their place (I booked 2 nights which before went to Ha Giang and the night I back from there). The staff is very helpful to take care of my big luggage there, and when i reach back to hotel very late at night that day, they may have no room for me BUT the are very responsible for their customer. He send me to a better hotel within 1 min walk which I feel very surprise how he take care of it. I promised I will stay in your hotel again when I came to Hanoi. Thank you for everything!! Tips: The hotel located inside a lane which is a local market. It was amazing when you see the locals doing usual life so close. You can feel the real culture of Hanoi. And it is very close to the old...

We book the room 2 days in advance but the manager say its full when we arrive. He try to convince me to stay in his friend’s hotel which is small and cheaper instead. We refuse to do so and about to call Agoda to cancel. Then he start to yell at me with really bad manner and try to blame me for this fault. He want me to tell Agoda that I like to cancel because I dont like the room. In the end he said he forget that he has available room and ask if I want to stay. At that time I worry more about the safety because he look very aggressive so we left. Be careful to stay at this hotel. The manager...
