We had a truly wonderful stay at Palago Boutique Hanoi Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and attentive service. Everyone went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed, and they were always ready to offer helpful local tips.

The room was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and impressively quiet considering the hotel’s central location. The only minor drawback was that occasional hallway conversations could be heard, as the soundproofing wasn’t perfect. Still, we really appreciated the comfortable bed, modern bathroom, and thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water and high-quality toiletries.

The hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance to the Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem Lake, and countless restaurants, cafes, and shops. Despite being in the heart of the action, the hotel felt like a peaceful retreat at the end of each busy day exploring Hanoi.

Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of both local and Western options. The fresh fruit and made-to-order eggs were a highlight!

This is the hotel that have real room that better than in photos.

I found this hotel while walking around during my stay in old quarter, i walk in hotel, the lobby smell nice. So i search online to check the room type and asking which room have balcony. Coz i only stay in balcony room while in old quarters 😊.

Turn out it was a good 2 nights stay experience. Room: the room type i stay is Signature Room with balcony (Room#602), which is spacious. With bathtub and is clean and usable.

Corridor and public area was kept clean.

Breakfast was served on ground floor next to reception, buffet breakfast with good spread choices and live egg station and soup noodles can be ordered from. Got enough staff to serve, clear and clean table. Thanks, much appreciate that guest can eat in clean environment.

Had brief chat with Manager Ms TraLee who always in lobby during breakfast time, guests check-in & check out time. Thanks the owner and manager for make sure the comfort and cleanliness of the guest during their stay by keeping the hotel property well-maintained and clean. Please keep up the good work.

And this is considered new hotel, opened December 2023. I recommend this hotel and will definitely choose this hotel again on my return visit to Hanoi...
