Honestly I cannot expect much given the price. After seeing the reviews I was worried about the cockroaches in the room but the room was clean! however the towel had stains and the room I stayed in had a very wonky shower glass door. Was quite worried it will shatter or break. Walls were thin so I can hear the slamming doors, people chattering and some late night music from bui vien. Nonetheless all these noises were manageable at least for me.
Receptionist was a hit or miss, most of them were ok, friendly and polite but the man dealing with the night shift just don’t want to be bothered. No one asked us to give tips as per some of the reviews. However my friend did mention that one of them asked for it during their previous stay.
location was fantastic. Have fun partying at bui Viên and it’s a short walk back to the hotel. many food, massage and pedi/mani options around the hotel but I can’t say for sure if they are good. Convenience stores around this hotel too. No issues in grabbing around from the hotel as well.
Can’t complain much given the price but I would rather pay more for a better hotel in the future. Nonetheless, you pay for what you get hence the higher rating. Would recommend if you are not fussy and ok with some...
Read moreIf only I can give this a negative review, I would, but it’s not possible so I give it a 1 and I can’t believe that I mean it. The receptionists are soooo unhelpful. Given that they have high stairs, and we have a lot of suitcases, they did not even bother to help us. It’s like they’re not happy with the customers checking in. The room is also very small. It’s too cramped, and the chairs have a lot of stains. The bed sheets and pillows are also very dirty, like they don’t use detergent. There are cockroaches too. The smell is a bit off. We had a hard time sleeping too because we felt that there are some insects in the bed and it was very itchy. Overall, the most uncomfortable place I ever stayed at. They also don’t mention that they will go in to your room. While we appreciate their initiative to fix the bed and put water bottle in the room, (its like they don’t clean if anyway) we just hoped they would inform us because we leave valuable things in the hotel...

Its proximity to attractions like Ben Thanh Market and Reunification Palace is convenient, and guests appreciate amenities such as free Wi-Fi, breakfast, and airport transportation. Rooms come equipped with air conditioning, minibars, and flat-screen TVs.
However, the bustling nightlife nearby can lead to higher noise levels, which might not suit light sleepers. Some reviews mention that the rooms can be small and cleanliness issues have been reported occasionally. Breakfast offerings are limited but functional for most travelers.
In summary, the hotel could be a good option for those seeking affordability and convenience, especially if they enjoy an energetic city atmosphere. Would you like any help planning your...
