Absolutely unforgettable!! Everyone loved their food! Had salads, steak, chicken etc Had my sister's 18th dinner there & the atmosphere was lovely (Tuesday & pretty chilled), the staff were so friendly & bubbly & it really helped to create a special night. I had the avocado & mango salad & have to say it was the best salad I've had haha It was super filling, almost couldn't eat it all! I'm not normally someone who has salads, but wanted something different... It had rasins & a touch of spice & was amazing! Drinks were amazing, the wine seemed stronger than normal, so that was a bonus 😆 We will be going back again soon! Would recommend!!

Fabulous location right next to Streets Beach with a fun bar & plenty of open air seating. Lots of pretty fairy lights surrounding the upstairs in the Southbank area. All the food was delicious! You order on an app from the table - servers were very pleasant, we had to ask for some things instead of them being given (utensils, plates, napkins, water) but they quickly provided a high chair for our little one. Good options on tap - vegan friendly, would definitely recommend. Had to pay the 10% surcharge for a Sunday but that was stated up front. The cider battered Camembert with lavash was terrific.

where to begin.. pros: the waiters were awesome, the food was alright and took a while (as the app you scan and order through lets you know that it was a 45min wait time). so we knew it would take awhile cons: the owner clearly should have hired at least one more person being a public holiday, we expected to pay 15% surcharge. however, taking our money first then telling us our drinks were out of stock, and not refunding the difference is the reason for one star. we paid $16 for two nonalcoholic ciders, but had to get alternative sodas worth $9 TLDR: they stole $7

In Brisbane for acouple of days, so visited south bank, and liked the look of this place. It was midday when we arrived, so it was starting to fill up with people, but not really that busy. We were taken to a table, and given menus. After a few minutes, we saw the QR code on the table, when the waitress approached, she recommended it as the best way to order. So we ordered via the QR code, food and drinks, before 1215pm. It was hot, and we were thirsty, so at 1230, my wife went down to the main bar to get a drink, and found out that it would've been easier to order our meal and drinks at the bar. We had asked about our drinks 5 minutes before, and were told the world be brought out. At 1235 a lukewarm steak sandwich, and a chicken schnitzel were brought out, the schnitzel was very nice, steak sandwich not so much. We enquired about our drinks again and the waitress said she would follow up, but said if they hadn't arrived after 5 minutes, to go to the bar and enquire. My wife went down to the bar about 1245, to enquire about our drinks, and while there, our beer and coke arrived. When my wife got back to the table, she asked where her orange juice was, I didn't realize she had ordered a juice. After waiting over half an hour for our drinks, we were over it. Finished the food and drinks and left, we couldn't be bothered spending another 15min chasing up an orange juice. When my wife went down to the bar after the first 15min, she said it wasn't busy, she got served straight away. The people who were at the next table, had their drinks brought out to them 3 times, they had only ordered once, so the drinks were sent back twice. Leaving town tomorrow, so I know not where to go, on our next Brisbane visit. I don't usually do reviews, but felt this...

We were very disappointed with the customer service displayed today. We had a booking from 2PM-4PM. The waitress rudely told us at 1:30PM that our table is booked till 4PM and then they have another booking for 4PM. This waitress reminded us four times, the third time she told us again our booking is till 4PM, she interrupted the birthday lady speech during the birthday cake. The last she came up again was at 3:48PM, at this point I was appalled but her constant rude behaviour. The waitress said to us again “this table is booked for another group at 4PM, you’ve 10mins”, I corrected her we have 12mins, we know we are booked till 4PM. This waitress completely ruined the experience to celebrate a special lady 60th birthday. We felt the constant “reminders” from this waitress is rude, unwelcoming and it overshadowed our day to celebrate a birthday because she kept rudely interrupting. Our table spent A LOT of money, the customer service shown today was appalling. If you have a table booked until 4PM and you booked another group to come in at 4PM, leaving a short amount of time to clean and set up, but that is your fault for booking large group bookings back to back. I suggest your staff undertake training on customer service and whoever does bookings, to schedule the bookings with reasonable time to set up for the next booking and not book them back to back. If this bookings were scheduled better, the waitress wouldn’t have had to constantly remind us and pushing us...

The admin team was amazing to help us before we went on our brisbane trip, They did their absolute best to cater to our allergies.

Head chef was pre informed before we arrived and was willing to swap items out for us with no extra cost.

Amanda our server had so a gentle tone and was so lovely to talk to she definitely needs some recognition for her hard work :)

The food was absolutely beautiful, My husband has Stake, salad and veggies with a wine sauce.

He is gluten intolerant, dairy free, egg free and nut free, so you can understand why we were so impressed by our food and service by the team.

They do not have a gluten free dedicated fryer and we were informed of that straight away from the chef, anything from the fryer is not celiac friendly, but there or other options people can chose from. It would be an awesome addition for the future though.

There were 2 kinds on GF beers on the menu aswell!

There was live music by a lovely lady on guitar, and towards the end of the evening a possum wanted to join us and ran across the floor into a near by tree.

Overall, I would visit again and go through the same process of emailing the team ahead of time. It made it alot easier and alot less stressed.

Book a table in advance as this beautiful place will get busy ☺️

Thank you...
