FOR ANYONE WHO SAW THIS PLACE ON SOCIAL MEDIA THINKING IT WAS GREAT, JUST DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

I wanted to leave zero stars but Google wouldn't let me. This place does not deserve even one star to it. Was really disappointed in every aspect there was to the restaurant or the concept of the bottomless pasta.

Firstly, we were greeted with asking if we made a reservation which we did, then he (the manager) went down the line of people asking us to wait there and gathering us like a herd of cows into a room and just pointed to the tables and said you can sit there or there and ran off quickly.

We then ordered our food and drinks. Waited around 30minutes, which we still weren’t served anything. Not even a drip of table water. We asked for water and how long it’ll take for our food/drinks cause at this point, everyone who ordered after us had their food/drinks served to them already. 40 minutes in, we were served our drinks. I ordered a Marco Polo (non alcoholic drink) which tasted like water and apple juice and my friend ordered Pinot Noir which came with a side of chipped glass (I mean how dangerous could that be right if someone digested glass or cut their lip while drinking, who knows). 50minutes rolled over and still no sight of our food, called the waitress and asked if we could just cancel our order at this stage cause the waiting time was just ridiculous. She tried checking for our food and made her best effort to get our meals out as fast as possible which I was highly appreciative of since it was not her fault at all. At this stage she was panicking and called the manager. Guess what he did, he said “drinks would be on us so you don’t need to pay for it and we’ll get the pasta out quickly”. Dude paying for our meal wasn’t an issue at all. It’s the lack of customer service as well as managerial skills of maintaining a restaurant and training your staffs (where most of them didn’t know what to do. Had the table beside us served pasta and the customer asked if it was Bolognese, the waitress looks at them clueless, looks at the dish and ask bolognese? Hilarious). If your restaurant is going to promote a bottomless pasta deal which runs every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, knowing how many customers there are just from reservations then you should prepare and plan ahead with how many staffs you need on deck, who should take care of which area, etc.

Circling back to when we get our pasta, FYI if you like water tasting overcooked pasta, this is the place to go! Cause damn I never knew someone could screw up making pasta. Cause it was not great at all! We tried all three options of pasta available for the deal and trust me, getting pasta from the grocery store in a can would taste better. We even had a waiter came over to our table being pretty rude asking if this was our pasta, dude I can’t see the plate of pasta nor can I read your mind what the pasta was. So I ask what it was and he said its table 72. WOW TABLE 72 GIVES ME A CLEAR INDICATION OF WHAT PASTA YOU’RE HOLDING! Great job, customer service on point. Didn’t even finish any of the pasta and just wanted to...

My partner and I dined at Vici for Valentine’s Day, booking three weeks in advance and kindly requesting an indoor table—preferably a booth. Upon arrival, we were seated outside near the entrance and footpath. While not a deal-breaker, it was disappointing considering the early reservation.

Service was where things really fell short. We were seated at 7:30 PM and had our drink order taken promptly at 7:35. However, when we asked to place our meal order 5–10 minutes later, no one returned. By 7:55, after unsuccessfully trying to get a waiter's attention, we had to approach the staff at the front to request service. The person who eventually took our order struggled with English and jotted it down on a napkin, which didn’t inspire much confidence.

We had opted for the Valentine’s set menu, assuming that was the only option. However, we later noticed other diners ordering from the full menu, which was frustrating since we would have preferred a different selection. If this was an oversight on our part during booking, fair enough—but clearer communication from the restaurant would have been helpful.

When the starter plate arrived, it was placed in front of us without share plates. Again, trying to get service to rectify this felt impossible. The restaurant was busy, but that shouldn’t excuse poor attentiveness.

The mains arrived at 8:50 PM—about an hour after we ordered. My steak was lukewarm at best, though the mashed potatoes were decent. My partner’s dish was okay, but nothing memorable. Dessert followed the same trend—fine, but uninspiring.

Overall, the food was acceptable, but the experience left much to be desired. Slow service, lack of attention to detail, and a general feeling of being overlooked made for a disappointing night. Vici has potential, but for a special occasion like Valentine’s Day, we...

We came here for a a birthday dinner with family, and first off, the service was okay. Nothing amazing - however when we were seated, and then moved three times by different staff members. When the manager came to our table to ask why we were sitting here and not the table he seated us at, he got frustrated, saying it was our fault that we were being moved back for a fourth time! He then said that another family should get the better seats because it’s someone’s birthday - not a good enough reason to be moved 4 times, and then to be blamed for it. When taking orders, the male staff only talk to males at the table, completely ignored the women who were trying to talk - made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected. The food was okay, mediocre at best. Drinks were better. One of the meals though - the chicken - was undercooked. We asked a very kind girl staff member and she seemed genuinely apologetic. We asked if it could just be cooked more. 5 minutes the manager comes out to our table to again say, it’s our fault and we aren’t used to “juicy” chicken… it was pink? Very different. We asked that it just be taken away, as we didn’t want to make a scene. The manager scoffed, and again made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected. When we were done, we were waiting for 5 minutes to check us out, when the manager finally comes over. He did discount the chicken off - which I do appreciate, however it would have been better if it had just been cooked more? Besides that - it is a good location, good atmosphere. The service needs to be improved. Overall, a very mediocre experience, that had us leaving...

We went for the Bottomless Pasta for $25 (plus mandatory drink) and it was great. There are three options to choose from. My dish was delicious and perfectly cooked (the mushroom carbonara) but my friends said the gnocchi was a little floury. I would go back for my pasta though any day of the week! There are two booking times 5pm and 7pm so I do recommend booking in advance. We placed ourselves on their standby list but when we were walking past we let them know that we were close-by, two of the staff didn’t know anything about the standby list. I’m assuming this is an automated system? But luckily they did end up having a spare table and managed to fit us in, which we were super grateful for!! The staff were lovely and friendly (except one girl looked a bit disinterested), prompt and efficient. On point. We did have a little wait for the second round (not overly long), so do flag someone down as soon as you are ready and really consider how much more you’ll want by the time it arrives (maybe just one bowl between two people rather than one each perhaps….). Note, there were a couple of big group bookings that night. I also had the cocktail with gin, berries and whites and it was fantastic.

My partner booked a table at 7:15pm to celebrate a valentines surprise dinner. We arrived and we ordered right away as we knew what we wanted… after 15 min our drinks and bread arrived cool but after that 1h40 min after we needed to ask the waiter about our food which the answer was the 1st time « i don’t know » then « 5 min » and « it’s coming » but never arrived… some couples arrived after us and were served before us, others arrived and left because no one was looking after them after 30 min waiting, it was also super hot with no aircon or little fan to cool down and after 1h50min without any sign of our food we decided to ask to take away. The manager promised to discount drinks for apologies about the 2 hours waiting time, he saw us paying the ridiculous amount of $150 for this piece of s… oh sorry actually it’s meat as big as my finger by the way, saw us leaving and he could careless about his ridiculous management. At the end we left paying a dinner at $150 with no discount and a dinner we never ate at 9:10pm ! I really DO NOT RECOMMEND!
