I'm with the rest of the people in the comments the dark haired lady is so rude and should not have any job that deals in costermer service. I have been going there for 6 years and every time I had to deal with her she was so unfriendly and rude and made getting a package very difficult when it's so easily done with any other employee. Other employees only need a name she needed the number so I had to go home to get my phone I gave her the number and she said the package wasn't there then I showed her the emails showing that the package was there she went back and looked and came back with my package proving that she didn't even look in the first place. She basically pushed me out the door the other day because I got there just at closing time not knowing they reduced their hours. I explained to her my package is just a few days from getting sent back and she said we're open tomorrow I explained to her I've been trying to get this package for weeks but I work and it's hard she did not care the people that made good reviews are probably Friends of the staff....

This is quite literally the worst post office in the world. Horrible staff that have horrible customer service that don't seem to want to do their jobs. The hours are all over the place, not consistent from one day to another, even if there's a sign with "new hours" they always claim they're understaffed but most of the time I go in, there's 3-4 people working with only one working the desk, even if there's a lineup and they're always complaining about their jobs. I've been trying to ship a package all week but the manager decided to make their hours from 10-3 now with an hour lunch that they close down for, so they only have to work 4 hours a day? Must be nice. Needs to be restructured with a new manager, she's horribly rude. One thing is certain, with the looming strike for pay raises, no one at this post office deserves a dime more than what they're...
Read moreI needed to get a booklet of National Truth & Reconciliation Day poems — written by Ucluelet Secondary School’s pupils — & an orange wrist band off to a long-time friend in London, U.K for a 50th anniversary gift, asap, a task which requiring not only the postage of it but also the purchase of a suitable & sturdy envelope. I was happily able to do so easily & swiftly. I received wonderful service from staffer, Deb, on both these counts, as well as on how I could acquire a post box, given I had recently become a resident in Ukee. Thank you Deb. Deb gave me all the info I needed, & which included info even on getting my drivers license reissued with my Ukee address. It was busy, as the PO was closing an hour earlier & Deb dealt with the line up with energy & grace. I left happy my gift was safely en route to my long-time friend in...
