As discussed with the gallery manager, I updated my rating and comment.

Staff may have a bad day or be busy with other visitors. I consider the interaction in our latest visit as a one off. I’m sure every visitor is welcomed similar to our past couple of visits of the gallery.

Also I appreciate the gallery manager who contacted and assured us that our concern has been addressed.
