This review will be a 2 part review as we went to this spot twice in one day.

#1 Lunch Review

The waitress during the day time was possibly the best waitress I've ever had and I wish we had gotten her name so I could give her the credit she deserves. She seemed to be the only waitress at lunch time covering all the tables and even though she was clearly busy, she was very attentive, polite, fun and entertaining. She kept coming back to make sure our food was good, drinks were filled and to see if there was anything we needed. She also had the best attitude I've seen a waitress have in a long time.

#2 Dinner Review

The service was a complete 180 from the lunch experience. The waitress only came over 1 time to our table the entire time we were there. She seemed just as, if not, a little less busy than our waitress from lunch (based on the fact that so many more people were working in the evening). She took our drink and food order and basically never came back. She served the table right next to us multiple times..... but I had to flag her down myself multiple times. She never checked to see if there was any issues with the food, never asked if we needed refills on our drinks or water, we had to find her ourselves when we were done to get our bill..... the waitress at lunch set a high standard for this location and I would've given a 5 star review if it wasn't for the evening service.

With that said I wish the waitress in the morning had also been our waitress in the evening because she was amazing. She deserves a 5 star rating.

What a disgusting evil place filled with evil people. If this review even stops one person from entering these doors I will be happy. The owner and manager will read this and probably laugh as they make their money, but just remember you are human and one day you will get old as well. And I hope you endure what you caused on people today (12/2/23). I wish nothing but failure to this place in the future. All week we have had 11/10 experiences in whistler. I entered the bar on Saturday to a disgusting waiter yelling at my elderly/disabled parents. I didn’t say anything as I did not know the situation. Once I heard what had occurred I quietly went up and requested a manager and told him I wasn’t there for what had happened, but the way the waiter was talking and degrading a disabled veteran and his wife was completely unacceptable. His response to me was “they are slammed.” No accountability, no empathy, just a pathetic excuse for a human. Well news flash, every damn bar and restaurant is slammed and we have never been treated like that. As if that was an excuse. They had two CLEARLY disabled people waiting at the back entrance of the bar through the hotel and sat other people from the other end stating that wasn’t an entrance. Instead of having understanding or compassion they showed their true colors. We then proceeded to purposely get served after multiple people arriving after us. Very obviously don’t to get us to leave the bar, which we were happy too. I will forever upon every visit tell every single person I know this business abuses elderly and...

I just want to say a big thank you to the staff at the Dublin for a unique and surprising experience. Last night, I was out with the girl friend to do the Illumina hike (Also another experience I highly recommend) and when we were done it was nearly 11 o' clock. Now sadly because we went to Whistler on the off season no one open to serving food. We had both gone to the Dublin as a last resort in hopes we could get a late dinner. We were first told that the kitchen was closed by the bartender and as I was sitting with my girl friend trying to figure out how we were going to eat we were approached by another of the staff. I didn't get his name, but he asked if we had been served and we told him our predicament. He listened carefully and said. "You know I think we have some turkey meat in the kitchen and I can whip out a nice sandwich with some nachos. I have to tell you, we were both so thankfully for this that I happily paid the bill and gave him a tip for his service. I never expected someone to go that far, and it was most appreciated.
