Restaurant U Balouna — Restaurant in Prague

Myself and a friend came to this restaurant who are both young girls who do not know the language or much knowledge about the money currency and they took full advantage of this situation . When the bill came to us on a piece of paper not even a full receipt with all the food information and prices like a usually receipt does the price was written down with pen so we paid the price for the meal and then the server DEMANDED a tip / service charge and we was confused about this as there was no indication anywhere that a service charge was not option so we was saying I’m sorry I don’t know what you mean and the Server started getting verbally aggressive demanding that we need to tip as we are both young girl on our own we both got quite scared with how verbally aggressive he was being so we just paid the tip as we fully believed they would not let us leave without tipping . 1.) it is totally unfair how they decide how much we tip and not the people paying 2.) I have been going through the reviews and nobody else has written about being forced to tip so I believe they only did that because we was young girls on our own and they knew we would get scared if they got verbally aggressive like they did . 3.) Very bad service and poor food quality. Waiters don't care about customers. Never thought that it could be possible to spoil anything in pork knuckle. Unfortunately it was. Pork knuckle that we ordered was raw inside, bone was pink, meat was tasteless and gummy. Waiters brought it 10 minutes after we made an order. I think it was cooked couple of days ago and the cook just reheated it in a microwave. We ate just a little bit of pork because it was not tasty nor well-done. Waiters were just creeping around, smiling in a very weird manner and looking at our plates full of almost untouched food, but they even didn't ask if everything was alright. It has been the worst experience! The waiters have been drinking beer in front of the bar. They haven't even tried to hide from the customers. In my opinion they were drunk. Every time they had to give the orders to the customers they were asking at all the tables if this is their food or not. We ordered some ribs and 1L beers. When we received the bill we asked why they charged for everybody 2x 0,5L although we ordered 1L where the price has been different. They are trying to rob the customers in that way. After our complaint they became very rude. They didn't want to give us a price list to prove them wrong.
