I never thought I would share a negative review at this place. As I am working in the office nearby, I visit it sometimes to order to go. It was always a perfect experience. But this time, I went to order "gratinovany kureci steak steak s sebou". And was given the answer that "nemam objednavky", at the counter was an old man, I told him that I wanted to order here, sorry, but I usually do it like this. Then he started quickly speaking czech, and I tell him that I understand and bit, and ask him english, he rudely say "Chech only", ok I understand, but I an trying to speak as much as I can, anyway, that never was a problem, as all pervious guys on the counter were such a nice persons and always tried to resolve problems and help with and order. Even the website has an English version. But this time, the man at the counter just kept repeating the same thing more loudly than asking for a telephone. I suppose he was expecting me to order something by phone? I already told him that „Chtěl bych objednat s sebou, zaplatím kartou. (Want to order to go, will pay by card)“, Which I think should be understandable, if I had a phone order, I would tell them this. Sorry if I'm wrong. But I usually do it this way at the counter. Probably, I think he just didn't want to make service for me, because when I left, I saw the guy was making an order at the counter, just as I always did before.
By the way, the food here is amazing, but I just very disappointed with the...

I tried Tartar Steak and Mliko beer for late dinner.
[Food] I dont eat uncooked food normally, but I just tried it just for experience cus I’m traveling now.
It was good. 4 buttered bread and 2pieces of garlic were served with the tartar steak.
I just guessed how to eat this dish. You should scrub a piece of garlic with your fork on the bread. After that, spread the steak on that bread and have it little by little.
Mliko beer also was for fun and I liked it. You can try if you are traveler cus anyway the bubble would be changed to watery part even if you dont like it.
[Service] The restaurant looks really nice and there are nice spot to look around as well. It was very clean and spacious, so it would make you comfortable.
I love the waiters here so much. They are playful with gentleness, and they would be with nice smile always. They never bother you, but they always taking care of you. I think they are the best people in Prague. If you don’t want to feel any unkindness or rude attitude at the restaurant, you should go only here.
If I live in Prague, I would have my dinner here every day to finish my day with nice food and people. I was very happy after visiting here. I definitely would come back here if I come back to Prague.
Thank...
Read morevery bad experience here. in short: staff is VERY rude and unhelpful, prices are okay, food tastes good but made me and my mother sick. VERY LITTLE VEG OPTIONS. upon arriving, the waiters were very standoffish and barely said hello. when we started ordering, my mother asked the waitress for advice on which beer to get and the waitress was clearly impatient and didn’t want to give any suggestions. my mum wanted a less bitter beer and she rudely said “we don’t have any sweet beers here. that doesn’t exist. i can add sprite to make it sweeter”. my mum got a pork plate which arrived in a HUGE PORTION. my mother is a middle-aged woman so it would’ve been appropriate for the waitress to advise her of such a big portion in order to avoid the embarrassment. we also had four people sitting around us chuckling at us when the plate arrived. very inappropriate and an embarrassing situation. the waitress didn’t check up on us, and seemed bothered and fuss when we asked her for things like more water. we paid 34 euros so the price is okay and the food is good but we had stomachaches for about 24 hours afterwards. i would avoid going here and i DEFINITELY...
