I'm gonna say again, word by word, what I loudly stated when I visited, with everybody watching: "If they (the two kind ladies behind the counter) don't wanna do this job they can go [replenish the restrooms] at [famous burger brand with a clown on it, as it is located on the other side of the street] and leave this to somebody who actually wants to do this job [untranslatable neapolitan expletive]". Rarely in my life I've been treated so badly, they probably forgot the education they've been taught.
Important point to add: After I said what I said, TWO SEPARATE CUSTOMERS told me, respectively: "that's exactly what I was thinking about! I was mad at the counter earlier too" and "True, it's ridiculous"
Funny thing is that I'm not making any of this up. It all ended by them saying "have a good day" followed by my "thanks, you too" to try to make it better, good job there. Croissant and hotdog...
Read moreThe customer service at this coffee shop is unacceptable. During my recent visit, I ordered a salted caramel latte (iced) and a carrot cake. Unfortunately, the staff seemed disinterested in my order and I was left waiting for nearly 10 minutes before my order was even acknowledged. When my order was finally ready, it was left unceremoniously on the counter, with no explanation for the delay.
To make matters worse, when I finally received my drink, I discovered a hair belonging to one of the workers floating in my latte. This is completely unacceptable and unsanitary. It's clear that the staff has little regard for cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Overall, my experience at this coffee shop was disappointing and frustrating. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone seeking quality service and clean...
Read moreLet me bring it to the point. Monday early morning we went to that place and ordered a cappucino and a coffee. The reception just looked at me as she would stare at an alien and told me that it is the same. The other one interrupted and asked what the difference is. I explained it to her that in my country (Switzerland) we have differences and explained it. Unhappy she just replied "But it is not every country". This is a nonsense customer Sservice. The ton was rude.
Further, a smile is the first contact. And there was no smile at all. Really really bad.
Fresh corner should check how there employees treat and behave their customer. When the customer says thank you,it is polite to reply. Here they say nothing.
