I had breakfast at Banyubiru Restaurant every morning during our stay at The Laguna Bali, and the experience was consistently excellent.

The buffet offered a wide and well-organized selection of dishes, combining international options with a good variety of Asian cuisines. There were plenty of fresh ingredients, including tropical fruits, vegetables, and made-to-order juices. From Western classics to local and regional specialties, everything was fresh, well-prepared, and attractively presented.

Guests could choose between indoor seating in a comfortable, air-conditioned space or outdoor tables with a view of the resort’s gardens and pool. Both options provided a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere to start the day.

The service at Banyubiru was outstanding throughout our entire stay. Staff were consistently attentive, warm, and professional. One person who truly stood out was Trisna, a member of the morning service team. Her kindness, positivity, and genuine care for the guests made every breakfast feel special. She is a rare example of hospitality at its finest and contributed greatly to the positive impression we took home from the resort.

Banyubiru is a true gem in the Laguna resort in Bali. From the incredible food to the exceptional service, this restaurant exceeded all of our expectations.

The highlight of our dining experience was undoubtedly Chef Mardiana. He went above and beyond to cater to our needs, especially for my wife who has a peanut allergy and prefers vegetarian dishes. Chef Mardiana whipped up delicious local Balinese specialties that perfectly suited her dietary restrictions. He was so friendly and personable, stopping by our table each evening to check in and make sure we were enjoying our meal.

The local desserts were also a standout - the Dadar Ulung in particular was incredible. The flavors were vibrant and the presentation was beautiful.

The entire waitstaff was wonderfully hospitable as well. Mr. Suardika, who has worked at the restaurant for over 20 years, provided exceptional service with a warm and genuine smile. And Mr. Ryan also took wonderful care of us, ensuring our every need was met.

Overall, Banyubiru is a true gem in Bali. The food is authentic and flavorful, the service is impeccable, and the atmosphere is lovely. We cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough and look forward to returning on our next trip...

Great restaurant at the Laguna hotel. We had the breakfast and dinner buffets during our stay. Excellent variety of food for both meals in their beautiful restaurant. Good mix of both local Indonesian, southeast Asian and western options. For dinner there was a wide range of local desserts and they were amazing. What really sets this place apart is the service. The staff are so attentive and helpful, shout out to Ayu, Suryadi, Rina, Adi and others. The little things like greetings, placing your napkin, pulling out your chair each time you got up, checking in on the food, suggesting drinks etc make a big difference. We enjoyed the whole experience throughly and only wish we could eat more! The drinks are also very good, especially the barista coffees, jamu and dragonfruit breakfast smoothie.
