CELINE FLORENCE — Local services in Florence

I’ve been eyeing a Celine bag for a while and went to several different Celine stores while in Italy and ended up buying one in Florence from Masami.

Masami was wonderful she’s the best luxury sales associate I’ve ever met. She did not pressure me once or try to persuade me to buy which as an indecisive person I appreciated. When I said I’d need to think and come back she completely understood and encouraged me to take my time. Because of her kindness I knew I would end up buying from her.

She kindly put 2 bags on hold for me. When I came back 2 days later she remembered me instantly and said we got something in this morning that I think you’ll like. She was right and it was the one! It was not available anywhere else in Italy or online.

Walked in and was greeted with utmost level of kindness / genuine attitude. Naures was beyond helpful throughout the entire experience. I spotted a bag that was the last one available in the store as well as throughout most of EU. She knew I wanted to look around at other luxury brands before making the commitment so she wrote down her name + # and informed me she would hold it until the end of the day. Sure enough, the bag was the one, so I returned. Not only was she extremely professional, but she also gave me & my husband tips / advice on how to shop around different parts of Florence. I visited this store while on holiday in Firenze and had one of the best luxury shopping experiences of my life. Martina was lovely, patient and professional. During my second visit, I was helped by Inga, who was so incredibly loving (she popped that delicious champagne) and knowledgeable. I went in for leather goods and left with new friends. This location is 100% recommended. The store is stunning and the people are the nicest CELINE staff members I've ever encountered. Grazie...
