BUT the scents tend to get mixed up in the air, so fragrance testing can become headache inducing for those with sensitive noses... Also, you can clearly tell these people love to talk about their customers in front of their face especially when they think you don't understand their language. It's okay to speak in your own language. But to talk about your customer right in front of their face is something else. Pretty rude, but that might just be typical local...

Went into this shop as it had a very attractive display in window with products as 50% off. As we looked around the assistant was talking on the phone. We went to the counter with the products we picked to be told they were no longer on sale. She continued speaking on the phone. I decided to change to some other products but the girl continued talking on the phone. At this stage I expressed my disappointment at the service in the store as she continued on the phone....

Visited the store yesterday. It's quite close to Trevi fountain. The staffs were really nice and could speak little English. The store is quite small but the products of L'erbolario are a lot. Some products don't have samples in store so probably have to know what to buy before a visit. Staffs would offer many samples and all kinds of gifts. Really enjoy shopping there and chatting with...
