By the time I arrived it was already close to 10. The buses were no longer running. I had to walk 25 minutes carrying a heavy backpack to get to the hotel. I could not find it. I tried calling but there was no answer. The Agoda agent said she got ahold of them and they could not accommodate me due to a plumbing issue. A lot of buildings seem to be abandoned.. if you walk though those alleys especially later in the evening they look haunted because there is no light on those buildings.
