Today, 23 October 2024, I did bought & purchase the shoes I want from this place, but after thorough consideration, the only good thing here was only the price, the service & the staff's product knowledge are 0.
The male clerk, who looks more senior than other, is unfortunately very rude & unfriendly.
I asked shoes for size 39, he gave me 40. I asked size 41, he gave me 42. When I asked to change to other number, he looked upset more and more every time I changed the size.
After 2 times changing, he said that the reason he gave me the other size was because the size I asked was unavailable.
I get it that he wanted to save time and keeping us to purchase the item by bringing the other size to offer, but if he communicated from the first place that the size I was looking for was unavailable, wouldn't that be more efficient?
Throwing your tiredness and shouting to customers "Wait a moment please!", clearly shows that you definitely do not fit for the job.
First, I didn't rush him to the point that makes him shouting like that. Second, keeping the customers to make the purchase is not good business.
I rarely wrote review like this but I am more surprised rathen than angry, why the clerk doesn't look like Japanese people normally.
If you are able to hold your grudge to the clerk or because has no other choice to shop, you can shop here.
If you feel that you might not be able to handle the clerk's shouting, it's better to shop at another place.
