Kikuzushi — Restaurant in Tokyo

The chef at the sushi bar dropped the shrimp on the floor and proceeded to rub it against a towel to “clean it” then he put it back into the food for it to be eaten by customers in front of my eyes which is not sanitary. It wasn’t this guy in the picture below but he was also rude too as he was making fun of me with the chef that dropped the shrimp for asking for one more soy sauce which I don’t know how and why that is so laughable. They made made fun of me in Japanese thinking I didn’t understand their language but I did VERY WELL. Him and the chef that dropped the shrimp thought they could antagonize me and get away with it without me noticing. Overall the food was decent but the service is terrible from the chefs themselves that make the fish and sushi. So, it’s a no wonder why this restaurant has some negative reviews on their sushi. It was probably because the chef dropped the food on a dirty floor and proceeded to feed customers with it. I just wanted the restaurant to know that you should treat your customers with respect and integrity because if you don’t, it could come back to bite you.
