Read moreI am gluten free (celiac). We booked a soba making class. We are so impressed with the experience. It was easy to communicate my allergy. They have gluten free soy sauce and the soba noodles are 100% gluten free. The class was so much fun, we got lots of great videos and had a great time. They give you many options for a meal to make your noodles with. It was incredibly tasty. I would recommend this experience! My favourite so far in Japan.

I didn’t get glutened so it was...
