You love the brand but you can hardly get in the store. this is a very small shop for how big their characters are :( it made the experience less pleasant for all.

We came all this way for sumikko gurashi, and on a Sunday it was so packed it was impossible to get in the store while the cashier line wrapped around the side. we couldn't get in, so we came back on a Monday. then it was still packed, but it was at least possible to try to look at things. it's full of small kids that will push you around and other adults that are trying to see everything, so you kind of have to climb over people to shop. you will definitely get sweaty just after a few minutes because it gets very hot when it's so crowded and there's no air circulation. it's just way smaller than any other store in this mall.

the Cafe is cute, but the sweet quiche was very odd and not very tasty. i also wished there would be more upscale items here (wine glasses?) when sanrio-world next door offers rhinestone figures and luggage. I know they make more neat items than the basic ones offered here. they...
