Sanchoku Gourmet Kaitenzushi Kantaro Tokyo — Restaurant in Tokyo

Its quite funny how good this restaurant is rated and how terrible the service was. To tell you the whole story you may expect a small reading time of up to 3 minutes. So to start it off, when we were in our hotel room, relaxing and planning what to eat, we called up this place, as they had a very nice rating. We made a reservation with the person in the phone telling us they would keep a table for us. This never happened We arrived there to eb greeted by a queue that looked like a 40 minute wait. We asked one of the staff members if our table for 4 was ready and they denied us, saying reservations are not a thing at the restaurant. They did this in front of the entire queue (a crowd of around 20 people). They also completely didn’t show any respect towards us, interrupting us while we were talking. It was crazy because we THOUGHT this restaurant would be worthy of a nice and recommonding 5 star review. I am truly disappointed on how disrespectful this service member was. Would never recommend to anyone who wants good food with good service and a short wait time. Never in the last years have I seen service THIS bad. The place was a little bit difficult to find because its inside a train station. Make sure to search for it at floor B1. There is a queue outside but its moving fast. We are 4 in our group and was placed on our own table which is a bit more private. Extremely friendly staff with large tables and bar counter. If you're looking for sushi conveyor belt place that has nice, large booths, this is the place! You can sit at the bar or booth (seats at least 4-6 probably). There's also a computer menu that has English which was amazing to have. You can wait for sushi to come by or if you don't see it, order it! Place the order on the screen and within minutes, it comes zipping by! There's also fried goodies like fried chicken, potatoes, tempura, squid, etc. They also have veggie options for non fish eaters. Not the biggest veggie option, but it is there just in case.
