Went to Luk Fook and was served by SA Aaron—got to say, his service was top-notch! No pushiness, super attentive, and he really understood what I was looking for. Didn’t buy anything on the spot since I wanted some time to decide.

Went back to the store later, hoping to see Aaron again, but he was busy with other customers. Instead, I was attended to by May, a so-called “Jewel Sales Supervisor” with an ambassador badge. Honestly, I have no idea how she got that title. No smile, zero enthusiasm—she acted like I owed her money. She didn’t even bother helping me try on the necklace properly. She just stood inside the counter, expecting me to lower my head so she could put it on me, whereas Aaron actually came out and assisted me properly. The whole experience was a complete letdown.
