ordered 9pc chicken set.
waited 20min+ for the food to be ready(the chicken is already cooked). Slow plating and serving.
received wedges and coleslaw too little. suppose 2 sides each total.
the staff just went to serve next person. No glass provided for the 1.5l drink.
When asked the cashier because the nearest staff is the quantity of coleslaw and wedges correct. She said I don't know and went to ask the staff who served earlier.
6.She came and said it was the total 4 sides. I am ok but personally i think it's like a mini side. i like ok do you provide glass for the drink she just went inside without saying anything proceed to complete the other customer.
when. i asked again then she said wait i am bringing.
after all this I went to eat the chicken it was cold chicken. Ok definitely not warm but towards the cold. My son already took 1 piece to eat I didn't want to deal with rude (under trained) staff.
It's not like they are short staffed there are like 4-5 people in the back kitchen but only 1/2 serving or packing for take away.
whatever it is every customer deserved chicken to be served hot. at least for those...
Read moreI had a weird interaction with cashier (a lady that has short hair, has black cap and slim stature) . I bought Set B 3 pcs. Fried chicken with drinks and side. For some reason she said something took and I was nit able to heard it right so I thought to reconfirm my order that it is Set B then she smirked while looking to the other lady waiting to order. I look but shrug it off, then She ask me if I wanted to take it away or to eat in I said take away but then change my kind suddenly thinking that I am hungry already so she type it in. I was dumbfounded when she just rolled her eyes on me like what did I do to her? I just proceeded to ask her what drinks options are available. I did not confronted her nor talk to her Supervisor in anyway as I am very hungry already.
This is the first time I had this weird instance. I don’t know if Was I being racially profiled because I have a dark skin? Coz While waiting for my order her interaction to the other customer is really nice. Maybe your crew should be more respectful to other people no matter what skin colour or what kind of clothing wearing and maybe a customer service...

However, I noticed that there aren't many staff, and they seem quite busy. The management could definitely improve in this area, as the current setup puts a lot of pressure on the staff. I also observed that there are long queues of customers, and the cashier doesn't stop taking orders, which adds to the wait time. Additionally, there’s no menu available while queuing, making it difficult for customers to decide on their orders in advance. Maybe adding a self-service counter or a drink station like at Texas Chicken would speed up the process and give staff more time to focus on other tasks. It would also be helpful to display order numbers at the back of the cafe, so customers can easily track their orders. This could make the customer experience smoother and more enjoyable.
