Jungle Cruise — Local services in Baja California Sur

Nightmarish experience boating with this company! We were showed photos of a beautiful catamaran that fit 40 people, with snorkeling, swimming, full open bar included and were told $800 for 2 hours. Then when we got to the water taxi's to take us to the marina they told us is would be another $150 for two taxis! We argued with them about it for awhile and then ended up paying it because we had already paid $400 for the deposit and knew we would never get it back if we tried to cancel the trip at that point. THEN when we were on the water taxis to the marina the two drivers stopped the boats and tried to tell us that we had more people than we originally told them, which in all honesty I do think we had about 3 extra people with us...but we had paid $150 to go less than 1 mile to the marina! We continued to argue with them while they literally held us hostage in the middle of the bay, we said we would pay them for the extra people but they needed to take us to the marina immediately and after about 20 minutes of hell they finally took off again to the marina. When we got to the dock we pulled up to what looked like a floating raft with a tarp over the top. Not AT ALL what the photo showed, there was two benches on either side and no open netting to lay on over the water. So yet again, we had to wait 20 minutes while the girl at the dock tried to call her boss, who every time she got ahold of him and handed me the phone he promptly hung up on me. Luckily we had one friend with us that spoke fluent Spanish and convinced them to take us on a slightly nicer boat, still not the one they originally showed us. Then told us we only had 1 hour left because the time started when we got in the water taxis!!! Now...before we could actually board the boat there were guards at the entrance and made us pay an additional $1 PER PERSON!!! I mean it was absolutely the most ridiculous experience I've ever encountered. We were there for a friends wedding and it ruined our day. Then to boot, snorkeling wasn't even included, but my husband finally convinced them to let a few of us use the masks and snorkels for the last 20 minutes of the trip. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!! FERNANDO AND TITO WERE THE GUYS WE WERE WORKING WITH AND ARE BOTH TOTAL CROOKS. LOOK FOR A LEGIT COMPANY WHEN BOOKING AN EXCURSION,...

We rented this boat for a private event and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Our guests—ranging in age from 25 to 80—had an amazing time. While we had prepared our own playlist, it turned out to be unnecessary because the DJ did a phenomenal job reading the crowd and keeping the energy just right. Everyone loved the music!

The bartending staff was incredibly attentive and ensured everyone stayed refreshed throughout the event.

One unexpected highlight was a surprise photographer who took individual couple photos and fun group shots. Although there was a brief issue with the SD card, the team went above and beyond to recover the images—successfully! We're so excited to have those memories captured.

Fun time. But the quality of the alcohol was very bad. They of course try to push the "rum" punch. It's mostly water and you can't taste much anything else. I also did not enjoy the kids on thr boat trying to sell drugs. The music selection was good. The bathrooms were fine for a Mexican booze cruise. It's fun with a group I would not recommend this for individuals. One thing to note is they charge you 2 dollars to walk on the dock. So you pay your money to go on it but you can't get on the boat unless you pay another $2. It is very ticky tacky...
