The worst experience ever today - me and my family walked in around 11am and not even 3 minutes into looking a rude women in glasses came to tell us if we break anything we have to buy it. So out of left field and odd especially as we have been there many times before. When my husband told her how rude it was she said it she said “sorry I offended you but I tell everyone that”. This was not true at all as every other time we have been there she has never once said that. Will no longer go there as the level of rudeness is something we have never experienced before. If you have kids don’t bother going in unless you want an adult to be rude to them for no reason. Will continue to complain until this person is reprimanded for her...

A cute gem of a store in Christchurch city. I love how every single thing has a price tag leaving the customer to browse and catch the vibes of each item for themselves. A special thanks to the lady working yesterday who helped me pull off a sleuth operation to buy my friend a beautiful pendant that she pointed out to me. Hettie's sell fake citrine which is burnt amethyst!!! and the corkscrew on the mini glass tubes crumble when you try to remove it which makes it impossible to get the crystals out to cleanse them. Citrine rarely (and perhaps never) grows in a geode clusters. (There are occasional cluster formations, but they look very different from amethyst clusters.)
