I bought a V neck jersey yesterday and found that V neck is too low so I went for a change to crew neck today. It’s not a discounted item. I was told that I can’t return and I can only change to another item, which is fair enough. The crew neck jersey is cheaper than the V neck one so I was expecting a refund to my card. Then I was sold that they can only issue a credit note so they expect me to go back to buy more stuff by using my credit. They claim their policy is in their receipt! Did anybody...
