I booked a class to be held on 26 October 2024 on the 24th I received an email advising that the class was cancelled and I could choose any other class of any value to go to instead so I emailed John twice and have had no response and at this stage I have no idea if I will get my money back - I would choose a more established reliable place in the future.

Incredible experience! My sister and I did the Paint your pet and we were amazed at how well the paintings came out (we aren't natural painters). The south African lady who guided us through the whole process was incredibly patient! Highly recommend a class!!

We had booked Pinot & Picasso for our work-do on Thursday the 11th of September and were told to arrive 15 mins prior to our appointment. There were around 15 of us and some of us had traveled from the north shore. When we arrived the space was completely dark and had a sign that said the space would be open again at 7 pm. We waited till 7:30 pm and no one showed and as it was a weeknight we all headed back home. It was a complete disappointment as we were all looking forward to having fun and painting. My colleague that organized the event wasn’t even given a phone number, after she had asked, so that we could get in touch with the person who would be there for our appointment. All in all it was completely unprofessional and not something we expected mixed with poor communication. I do not recommend booking with Pinot & Picasso and would not trust them with any...

DO NOT BOOK WITHOUT EMAILING THEM FOR AVAILABILITY - cancelled on the session I booked then when we proceeded to book again they cancelled yet again for 3 attempts yet they advertise the session online meaning you can book but won’t have any chance of getting on the session, they even state online they rarely cancel which is an absolute lie.

Also no contact phone? So good luck trying to discuss that with them.

The paint and equipment is that of k mart quality so my advice is to just head to k mart and do it at home as for almost $60 a ticket is an absolute scam for a 0 atmosphere environment.

The instructor was friendly enough, if you have nothing to do and cash to burn then absolutely go ahead, if not it’s a home hobby job for a more...

Our group of ladies turned up at the Remuera studio to a locked, dark studio on the date we had our session booked for.

We were on time, and waited for around 30 minutes and tried to reach out to P&P via FB, Instagram and email but to no avail.

The fact that there is no phone number available to call someone is extremely unhelpful.

We were really disappointed that we were stood up like that and with no proper explanation...
