Rude service from who looked like the lady manager out front drawing the customers in. When asked for grated Parmesan cheese to go with my pizza was told they didn’t have any. When my wife asked for Parmesan to go with her spaghetti was told they charged extra. We said ok no problem but why I couldn’t pay extra for it to have with my pizza. Manager lady in front came and says it was an extra charge. I said I didn’t have a itI Ken with it but why say they didn’t have it. She just gave a dirty look and walked away. Food was below average with sloppy pizza base, spaghetti was also bland and below average and quantity would not have filled a child. We’re not big eaters but after dinner had to go to Smithers restaurant and shared a fried noodle dish. Waiters were cold, rude and cleared the table while we were eating. I mean really? They g a be me the bill with a 50bath voucher for a future visit. That was left as their tip, no way we would return. Heaps of better pizza and other restaurants around. With such competition I would expect this place to perform in a higher standard expecially the lady manager out front. Very sad place to visit. I wish I took a video of the pizza chef playing with the pizza cheese with his bare hands tossing it up and mixing it around in the bowl out of what seemed like boredom. I would have definately posted that. Don’t waste your time or money...
Read moreI’ve been a regular guest at Lobster Restaurant for many years, and it continues to impress every time. The restaurant serves authentic Thai cuisine that truly captures the flavors of Thailand. In addition to the Thai menu, there is also a Western selection, and the wood-fired pizzas are absolutely delicious.
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always making you feel welcome with their warm hospitality. They add a personal touch to every visit, which really sets this place apart. The manager, Oi, is a wonderful host and makes every guest feel right at home.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a genuine and enjoyable...
Read moreEven though I’m allergic to crustaceans, I couldn’t stay away from Lobster & Prawn at Kata Beach—and I’m so glad I didn’t try.
We skipped the shellfish and dove into their excellent fish dishes and fragrant Thai curries instead. The flavors were bright, balanced, and deeply satisfying—everything you want from a beachside Thai lunch.
The staff? Absolutely exceptional—warm, attentive, and kind. And the value for money is honestly unreal. So much so that we found ourselves back here for lunch two days in a row.
If you’re in Kata Beach and love seafood (or even if you can’t eat all of it, like me), this...
