It is the best hair salon I have been to in Bangkok. The hair stylist 'Noi' did a wonderful job of cutting my hair to exactly how I like it. The salon is stylish, comfortable and in a very convenient location, just a few minutes walk from Siam BTS. I was recommended to go here and so happy I was. They take very good care of you: with a plastic mask to stop hair going in your eyes, hand sanitizer, water and delicious coffee. All the staff were helpful and charming. I had a very good hair wash and head massage; followed by a perfect hair cut. I went there and asked for korean perm today. They were really professional and took a lot of care throughout the process by asking some questions and even asked me to show a few photos of what I had in mind. They made sure I was aware of the possible difference my hair could look like compared to the pictures. Really happy with the result of the perm in the end. ไปตัดผมที่Phoenix at One 3ครั้ง วันนี้ไปตัดครั้งที่4 ไปตัดทุกครั้งจะตัดราคา500฿ คุ้มค่าทุกครั้งที่ตัด แต่วันนี้เราตั้งใจไว้ผมยาวไปเพื่อตั้งใจบอกช่างคนเดิมและที่ตัดอยู่ประจำว่าตัดผมทรง mullet และให้ดูรูปภาพวิดิโอก่อนตัดด้วยว่าเอาทรงนี้ ตัดผ่านไปสักพักมองดูผมที่โดนตัดไป มันไม่ใช่ทรงที่ต้องการและบอกไปตั้งแต่ทีแรกแล้ว และยังตัดลากไซที่ไว้มาสั้นขึ้น ทรงผมก็ออกมาอะไรก็ไม่รู้ ถามช่างผู้ชายไปว่าทำไมตัดสั้นบอกไปแล้วว่าตัด mullet รูปวิดิโอก็ให้ดูแล้ว สั้นแบบนี้ไปแล้วสามารถแก้เป็นอีกทรงได้มั้ย (ก็ทรงประมาณทูบ็อกอ่ะ) ละให้ดูรูป ช่างก็บอกว่าได้เดี่ยวจะเล็มๆแก้ผมตรงนี้ให้ ตัดไปตัดมานี่แบบมันยิ่งสั้น ยิ่งแก้ยิ่งสั้น เลยบอกขอเปลี่ยนช่างตัดผม ไม่ไหวอ่ะบอกทรงนี้แต่ได้อีกทรงคืออะไร ไม่รู้จักทรงmullet หรอ เราไว้ผมยาวลากไซมา ที่ผ่านมาตัดยังดีอยู่เลย ไว้ใจเลยให้ช่างคนนี้เป็นช่างตัดประจำ แต่มาวันนี้ไม่พอใจมากๆ ซีเรียสกับเรื่องผมมากๆ มันดูไม่ได้เลยอ่ะตัดสั้นแบบเด๋อเลย ละที่บอกว่าแก้ได้ ก็แก้ไม่ได้ ดีที่ช่างผู้หญิงมาแก้ให้ที่เราได้ขอเปลี่ยนช่างไว้ แก้ได้ดีขึ้นถึงจะไม่ดีมาก เพราะผมมันสั้นและไม่ค่อยเป็นทรง เลยทำให้แก้ยากก ปกติตัดทุกครั้ง1ชั่วโมงนิดๆ วันนี้เกือบ3ชั่วโมง โครตเสียความรู้สึก ถ้าตัดผมราคา500฿ ละได้ทรงที่ไม่ตรงกับที่บอก ตัดที่ร้านราคา100-120 ก็ได้ถ้าตัดละผมออกมาทรงนี้ และต้องขอบคุณช่างผู้หญิงคนนั้นด้วยครับ(ไม่แน่ใจว่าชื่ออะไร) ช่างตัดผมประจำเป็นผู้ชาย ชื่อต้อม เราโครตเสียความรู้สึกมากๆเลยครับ ถ้าตัดตามรูปหรือที่บอกไม่ได้ควรแจ้งตั้งแต่แรกนะครับ...
