Harrison Hardie manage my buy-to-let property, and I recently worked closely with Sharon and Hannah on what turned out to be a very complicated and difficult decision. After trialing another estate agent for 6 months with no joy, we signed up with HJH in March 2020. James was brilliant to deal with during covid lockdowns and kept us informed weekly about what they were doing as an agency and generally what was happening with the market. We were able to make decisions about when to take the property off and try again, and each time all the staff went above and beyond to try and sell. When we finally did agree a buyer in summer 2021 we were handed to Sophie for our plot progression, and I really do think if it wasn't for her our sale wouldn't have completed. We had difficult circumstances with having staircased our shared ownership property and the solicitor incorrectly updating land registry, but Sophie was able to keep our buyer up to date and calm whilst we worked through trying to fix things. She has always been polite and friendly, and went far above what we expected of her.
