I first found Highbridge Jewellers while on a staycation in Stratford. We ventured out & about & stopped at Bourton on the water as it was very picturesque. We looked at the rings & I was very impressed at the quality & variation of the rings, there were some unusual designs. When we arrived home I found Highbridge jewellers on Facebook & messaged them. At Christmas my husband bought me a beautiful Topaz ring, which was on their FB page. They resized it & sent it recorded delivery. I was thrilled. I was on their FB page a couple of weeks ago & saw another beautiful Citrine ring. I messaged the page & again they were so helpful, arranged to have it resized & posted it out signed for next day. I have no hesitation in recommending Highgate jewellers. Bearing in mind I saw pics of both the rings & they sent me videos via Facebook, which was very helpful & enabled me to see exactly what the rings were like. Having the ability to contact them via Facebook & other social media is extremely advantageous. My son his looking for an engagement ring for his Girlfriend & Highbridge jewellers will be the place he will contact, they can advise on clarity, quality & grade of stones. We popped in to the jewellers, whilst holidaying in Bourton on the Water. We were browsing their secondhand rings to replace mine and my husband's damaged rings.

We found they had a very large selection of secondhand jewellery, which was bigger than we have found elsewhere. We also wanted quite large rings, which we found difficult to find in other jewellers.

We spoke to a lovely lady called Lorna, who provided us with fabulous service and was both patient and polite during our decision making and purchase.

If she had not provided such excellent service then we may not have let the jewellers with the rings that we are both 100% satisfied with.

I was blown away with the customer service I received trying to source a Christmas present for my wife. They had it on the groups website and when I enquired, the head office emailed me informing me, that the Goerg Jensen Offspring necklace was in their Bourton-On-The-Water branch and when I called the branch we arranged for me to collect it the following day.
