Their invaluable initial appraisal and overview led to some very high quality offers that proved they were spot on with their initial advice and demonstrated that they understood the market better than their competitors . Everything to do with my property sale was available for me to see on their very impressive web portal which showed my property details and an overview and all the offers I had received . Stuart and Mathew are very likable and approachable people with a rare personal touch that allows them to be constantly available to offer great advice or help at each stage . When I asked for a quick completion they took everything in their stride and performed brilliantly smoothing out kinks and bumps with all parties so we completed in a superbly quick time .
