The monster incorporation hand bag, I was ready to checkout at the register, when this blonde lady saw me, not even say hello, she was stand up in the register looking in to her watch and with a not happy attitude to help the customer like me, I took out my annual pass and she said , I need your Id and your passport and I gave it to her, my husband was purchasing the bag to me as a gift, when we are heard this lady again saying something between teeth, my husband and I didn’t understand and we said, what?, so she said with an attitude, the person who provided the annual passes is the one who needs to pay with the same name on the credit card, she just put us in a really really bad mood I’ve asked her to cancel the transaction and she just looked again in to her watch like she didn’t care about nothing, she cancel my transaction and she said okay is cancel. We stop by this store inside Downtown Disney today because my wife wanted to see what they have. The store is a decent size and the best thing during a hot day is that it's cool in here. They had a lot of stuff out especially since it's almost Halloween. My wife was really into looking at their jewlery so that's what she did. She saw a earrings she really like so we had to ask for help. There was a man working the cashier area we asked for help and he told us the price after looking at the book. My wife was happy with it so she said we'll take it. He went to look in the back but couldn't find it so he had to ask the manager if he could sell the display one. The manager said yes and when she came to confirm everything, the guy looked at the wrong earrings in the book so it was a little pricer. My wife still wanted it so...

Horrible policies and horrible customer service! Bought my daughter a pair of earrings that were damaged. When I brought them in to exchange them I was told earrings are a final sale. Strangely their policy is that they can’t take the earrings out of the box to ensure they’re not selling you damaged earrings. At the time of purchase nothing was even mentioned about earrings being a final sale. So I guess you’re suppose to buy an $80 pair of earrings that you can’t even check if they’re in good condition.
