Like much of Anderson, it's a depressed area with obvious decay and neglect. I went there because the Harbor Freight I usually patronize in Castleton advertised a chipper/shredder I needed, at a sale price I couldn't pass on, and that they didn't have. I have been boycotting Payless and any of their other retailers because for some reason they are charging ridiculous amounts for their prices from one store to the other making it completely ridiculous to shop these days for a family of six I won't go back until they have decided to lower their prices back down to what they are supposed to be for the owner to say he's charging more than what he needs to just because he can makes it kind of ridiculous to want to shop there anymore GFS in Walmart is where I was stuck going to until they decide to do what's right...
