I’ve recently shopped here and I’m not sure what’s going on but there is definitely something fishy. I didn’t receive some items in the bag I was given however it was rung up on the receipt smack dab in the middle of the other items I bought and received. Contact the store about my missing item and was reassured they will review the camera and contact me ..well... a week later still no contact back I have my receipt I’ve called and they just have some excuse and now I’m frustrated.. i know it was only a 10.00$ pair of jeans but it’s the principal behind it. I’m in the process of contacting corporate and just working my way up the latter until someone looks into this! Update: after sending a email to corporate I did receive a email back from a very nice lady named Bobbie whom was the district manager! Read moreSo not only have I had the worst experience of my life shopping here I feel terrible for the employees! The manager screams at them, belittles them , tells them they are NOT to help customers. I've personally heard the manager cuss at her employees as well as customers! The clothing is so packed in the store racks are falling over and you can't begin to find anything ! There is dirt all over the floor and don't even get me started on layway ! I put clothes in layway made all the payments and am still fighting to get my merchandise . I will literally never shop here again and work in customer service myself so I have plenty of contacts.. . I've let them all know to never go into this store . Read moreA bit lengthy of a review for me; Good people, good service, & great merchandise at a great price! Mostly urban/hip/current fashion/latest trending style of clothing. I would have given a 5-star rating if not for the employees watching customers so closely, (uncomfortably), as if they are potential shoplifters. They need to have a loss prevention specialist that watches cameras instead of the cashiers doing so for the above mentioned & obvious reason.
