Had an appointment at Tiffani's this morning and left feeling very unsatisfied. I have never felt so rushed in my life. I had an appointment elsewhere in the morning where the consultant talked to me about what I was looking for, helped me into the dresses, clipped them so I could see what the correct size would look like, and gave my bridal party and me time to look at each dress. At Tiffani's I was handed a dress and put it on myself. Half the time the consultant was standing on the bottoms of the dresses while I was trying to put them on. I would barely have the dress zipped up and she was already opening the curtain. I would walk out to the pedestal and was lucky if I got to look in the mirror for 15 seconds before she was saying "Alright, time for the next one." In the 30 minutes I was there I probably tried on at least 10 dresses. Everything went so quick I don't even remember what dresses I tried. Also wasn't very happy with the selection, but it is an off the rack store so that's understandable. If this had been the first bridal place I went I probably would have gone home and given up for the day because it was such a negative experience.
**Edit- Yes, the bridal consultant did bring me dresses "based on my feedback". The problem was that they weren't actually what I was looking for. I kept saying I wanted a really deep V-neck, which I don't think they had much of and thats fine. But instead of telling me that and saving the time, she would bring me another dress with exactly the same neckline as the dress I just said I didn't like the neckline on. My entire bridal party told me when we left that they felt so rushed. None of us could believe how quickly she rushed me back into the dressing room after trying a dress. If she had given me a minute or 2 to look at the dress and talk about what I did and didn't like, she would have gotten a better understanding of what I was...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent in for an appointment in October and overall I think the length of time allotted for appointments isnāt enough compared to other stores. We felt rushed and at the end weāre just hard cut off without any next steps or support. The sale going on was repeatedly brought up during the appointment, and made me more anxious that I needed to pick a dress right then than I would have wanted. This was our first store we tried on at and I left feeling incredibly defeated. Instead of helping me find dresses that were bigger sizes, we kept trying on dresses too small, only some of which could be altered. The consultant did not help me get the dresses sitting well so I could see what it would look like, and would say things like āpicture it fitting.ā She didnāt make much effort to clip dresses in place and would leave while I was trying the dresses on instead of helping with fit and getting the dress to lay right. I was fighting my own trains to fluff them up and picture the dress for photos.
Other stores right now are not going in dressing rooms with you for safety and here I felt like I didnāt have personal space which made me anxious. Additionally, other stores are steaming/sterilizing dresses before returning to the rack but the consultant was putting dresses back on the rack as soon as I took them off and while I was trying on the next dress. Just something to note if youāre cautious about going into stores.
Overall I left feeling too big for any dress, not encouraged, and it was a rough start to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had the best dress shopping experience at Tiffanis Bridal! All of the girls were so nice and very helpful in finding the right dress. It was so fun and their instagram is very helpful in being able to see some of the options they have. I felt that they had so many options and they really listen to what you are looking for. If you are looking for something a little different or trendy, they have a great selection! I would highly reccomend dress shopping here! It was the best experience!
For their alterations department, unfortuantely, I would not reccomend getting your dress altered here. I was happy with my overall result, but the process was stressful. I feel that they are overbooked right now, and I assume that is because this is a newer in house option they are offering. I found that most appointments, I would come in and something would not be altered that was supposed to be done for that appointment. My dress was not ready until a week and a half before my wedding which in my opinion is too close to the wedding. In what was supposed to be my final fitting, I was disapointed in the craftsmanship as it all felt rushed and needed to be fixed. However, my mom made a phone call expressing concern of the alterations being done in time and by my final fitting, I feel that they did right by correcting the situation. At my last appointment, I felt that everything looked nice, was corrected properly, and they were very attentive to any concerns. Overall, they do have great...
