For the past three weeks, I have had weekly sessions with Angelina Orr, an extraordinary compassionate massage therapist. Firstly, she listens to you and immediately offers a balance solution to address your discomfort. My first visit, I was miserable, taking Tylenol five times day to cope with the pain. I was unable to move right side from previous scar tissue, could not lift my arm nor turn my neck. Second visit, more mobility still taking Tylenol but not as much. By the third visit--no discomfort, sleeping through the night, and not one Tylenol in three days.
