I’ve known Nicole for a long time, way before fitness became her passion. I’ve watched her transform into an encyclopedia of fitness, movement and strength knowledge that can help anyone of any walk of life.

I've always liked working out to an extent, but many times after training sessions with her, I've thought "That was really fun!" (even when I'm sweaty, exhausted, and it's a struggle to walk back home.) I love the progress I've made over the past several months and the new ways she's helped me push myself. She's very mindful of injuries and how you're feeling on any given day, and she's willing to pivot in your program based on how your goals may evolve or confidence (inevitably) increases.
